Daria Kruchinina
Award-winning makeup and natural brow artist Daria Kruchinina began her career in Russia where she worked with top models and prestige fashion and beauty brands. Seeking international experience, Daria took her talents to New York City in 2017 and quickly made her mark as a freelancer collaborating with beauty icons like Jared Leto (“We Crushed” Apple TV Series ) and Natalia Vodyanova (amFAR). Now she is based in beetween New York and Minneapolis.
Kruchinina’s editorial work appears in numerous publications worldwide, including: Vogue, L’Officiel, Harpers Bazaar, Tatler, Glamour, Elle, Nylon , Rose & Ivy and Top Beauty.
She frequently works with premiere clients such as stylist Herve Pierre and Cutter Nikolas Caito, Kaspar & Esh,GiGi Ferranti, Dee Ocleppo, Five Eighty NYC, and RetroStage. Kruchinina’s reputation also attracts celebrity interest, collaborating with top talent such as Elliot Sailors, Khrystyana Kazakova, Masha Gutic, Valentina Beliakina, and Mary Leest.
She holds a master’s degree, numerous certifications in makeup and eyebrows, and is a licensed aesthetician based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and North Loop, Minneapolis.
Sarah Jordan
Sarah, a Washington State native, has worked in Seattle, San Francisco, and New York City. After eight years in San Francisco, growing a loyal clientele, Sarah moved to New York City to assist some of the top hairstylists in the industry for photoshoots, New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week. During her time in New York, she would fly back to San Francisco to take care of her long-standing clients. She realized how important it was to have a salon that supports freelance hairstylists and this is where her vision to open Flower Hair Studio began.

Niko is an accomplished hairstylist with over 25 years of experience. Trained in French technique under Christophe Soltane, a protégé of Bruno Pittini of Jacques Dessange, Niko honed his craft in one of the most prestigious hairstyling traditions. His dedication to hair artistry has built a remarkable career, creating sophisticated, timeless looks for an elite clientele, including Reese Witherspoon, Abigail Breslin, Marcia Gay Harden, Jewel, and Vanessa Williams. His expertise and attention to detail have made him a sought-after stylist in entertainment and fashion.
Niko’s work has appeared in iconic publications like Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and L’Officiel. Collaborating with brands like Nars, Tiffany & Co., and Stella McCartney, he’s solidified his reputation in both editorial and commercial styling. From high-fashion editorials to global campaigns for brands like Target and Abercrombie & Fitch, Niko consistently blends innovation with classic technique, establishing himself as a leader in beauty and fashion.
Kristine Eleni
For more than twenty years, Kristine Eleni has been cutting and coloring hair in the NYC/NJ area. She specializes in creating effortlessly chic styles and soft, natural colors customized to each client’s face shape and skin tone. Kristine’s emphasis on organic hair design extends also to the natural, nontoxic products she uses and to the tranquil, elegant salon space in which she performs her craft.
Originally trained in NYC at Bumble & Bumble, Kristine has expertise in straight blade cutting, and she hand carves and sculpts hair for soft, chic, yet edgy results. Her passion for her craft has lead her to regularly continue her education, learning cutting edge techniques with premiere stylists. Her talents have won her a devoted client base on both sides of the Hudson, as well as celebrity clients such as Karen Elson, Natasha Lyonne, and Linda Evangelista. At the heart of Kristine’s work for each and every patron is her belief in empowerment through self-expression and self-care.
